Teilzeit mit der Hälfte der regelmäßigen Arbeitszeit einer/eines Vollzeitbeschäftigten. Die Beschäftigung erfolgt zur Einarbeitung und Vertretung einer Beschäftigten während der Mutterschutzfristen und ist zunächst bis zum 14.02.2027 befristet. Eine Verlängerung für die Dauer einer eventuellen Elternzeit wird angestrebt.

Aufgaben:

  • Forschung, vorzugsweise in Angewandter Kognitionspsychologie (z.B. im Bereich Instruktionspsychologie)
  • (Mit-)Arbeit an der Erstellung wissenschaftlicher Publikationen (im Rahmen einer Habilitation)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung kognitionspsychologischer Forschungsprojekte
  • Lehre im Umfang von 4 SWS vorrangig in den Studiengängen der Psychologie (Allgemeine Psychologie,
  • Methodenlehre, Empirie Praktikum)
  • Betreuung von Abschlussarbeiten, Mitarbeit bei Prüfungen
  • Mitarbeit bei administrativen Aufgaben

Voraussetzungen:

  • Mit sehr gutem bis gutem Erfolg abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium der Psychologie (Diplom oder Master) oder einer verwandten Disziplin. Der geforderte Abschluss muss spätestens zum Einstellungstermin vorliegen.
  • Mit sehr gutem Erfolg abgeschlossene Promotion im Bereich Psychologie. Die geforderte Promotion muss spätestens zum Einstellungstermin vorliegen.

Von Vorteil sind:

  • Einschlägige Erfahrungen im Bereich der kognitionspsychologischen Lehr-/Lernforschung
  • Lehrerfahrung
