Ab sofort besteht für Rechtsreferendarinnen und Rechtsreferendare, die die Station bei den Staatsanwaltschaften beendet haben, die Möglichkeit, eine Nebentätigkeit als wissenschaftliche/-r Mitarbeiter/-in im Bezirk der Generalstaatsanwaltschaft Hamm aufzunehmen.

Bei der Staatsanwaltschaft Arnsberg sind zwei entsprechende Stellen zu besetzen.

Der Einsatz ist für eine Dauer von sechs bis neun Monaten angelegt. Die Vergütung der wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit von 10 Stunden richtet sich nach der Entgeltgruppe 13 TV-L (monatlich ca. 1.194,82 € brutto).

Die Tätigkeit umfasst die Unterstützung bei der täglichen Arbeit in den Allgemeinen Abteilungen als auch in unterschiedlichen Sonderabteilungen u.a. durch juristische Recherche, Auswertung diverser Beweismittel und Erstellung von Verfügungs- und Anklageentwürfen. Darüber hinaus ist die Wahrnehmung von Sitzungsdiensten vorgesehen.

Bewerben können sich Referendarinnen und Referendare des Bezirks der Generalstaatsanwaltschaft Hamm, die

  • zum Zeitpunkt der Anstellung im 9. - 11. Ausbildungsmonat sind,
  • gute Kenntnisse im Straf- und Strafprozessrecht mitbringen und
  • mind. die Note „befriedigend“ im ersten Staatsexamen haben.
