Du möchtest Dein Können in einem neuen Umfeld einbringen oder bist auf der Suche nach einer neuen Herausforderung? Für unseren Standort in Großweitzschen (direkt an der A14 - Ausfahrt Döbeln Nord) suchen wir einen/eine Wissenschaftliche/n Mitarbeiter/-in im Bereich Faserverbundtechnologie

Schwerpunktaufgaben:

  • Struktur- und Prozesssimulation im Bereich Faserverbundkunststoffe
  • Technologie- und Produktentwicklung für Bauteile aus Faserverbundkunststoffen
  • Herstellung von Bauteilen aus FVK (Carbon, Glas, Aramid, Basalt, Duro- und Thermoplaste)
  • Material- und Bauteilqualifikation für Komponenten aus FVK

Weitere Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit und Dokumentation von F&E-Projekten im Bereich Faserverbundtechnologie
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen im Rahmen öffentlich oder privat finanzierter FuE-Projekte
  • Faserverbundgerechte Konstruktion von FVK-Bauteilen und Ableitung von Werkzeugen/ Vorrichtungen
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit zum Transfer von Ergebnissen (Vorträge, Publikationen, Messeteilnahmen)

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Leichtbau, Maschinenbau, Werkstoffwissenschaften, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder artverwandte Studienrichtungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich faserverstärkte Kunststoffe (CFK, GFK)
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich 2D/3D-Konstruktion von Vorteil
  • Erfahrungen in der Material- und Bauteilprüfung von Vorteil
  • Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise
  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ukrainische Kenntnisse von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich
