Das Regionalnetzwerk Ost wird die fragmentierte Rassismusforschung in den ostdeutschen Bundesländern miteinander vernetzen und strategisch stärken. Die Hauptaufgabe des Regionalnetzwerkes ist eine Charakterisierung, Systematisierung und Weiterentwicklung der ostdeutschen Rassismusforschung in ihrer Spezifik.

## Ihre neue Herausforderung

  • Wissenschaftliche Umsetzung von Forschung im o.g. Themenfeld mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Ostdeutschland, DDR und postsozialistischer Nachwendegesellschaft
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger konsultativer Austauschrunden im Netzwerk
  • Entwicklung und Publikation von Konzepten, Strategieberichten und Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Umsetzung von Konzepten des Wissenschaftstransfers und der Wissenschaftskommunikation
  • Durchführung von weiteren Maßnahmen zur (Zivil-) Gesellschafts- und Politikberatung

## Sie bringen mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene wissenschaftliche Hochschulbildung (Master oder Universitätsdiplom) mit Befähigung zur Promotion in einschlägigen human- bzw. sozial- oder geisteswissenschaftlichen Studiengängen
  • Ausgewiesene Kenntnisse in den Bereichen der Rassismusforschung, insbesondere Zeitgeschichte in der DDR und Ostdeutschland
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen in der Erstellung wissenschaftlicher Projekt- und Ergebnisberichte und in der Aufbereitung von Forschungsergebnissen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Forschungslandschaft und Netzwerke im o.g. Themenfeld regional als auch überregional
