  • Unser Kunde betreibt im Potsdamer Süden eine moderne Seniorenresidenz.
  • Im Rahmen der direkten Vermittlung suchen wir in Auftrag der Träger zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Wohnbereichsleiter (m/w/d), idealerweise in Vollzeit.
  • Das Angebot:
  • Die Residenz bietet eine attraktive Vergütung nach Tariftreuegesetz regionales Entgelt (4.150,-€ Monatsgehalt bei Vollzeit zuzüglich Zulagen), eine Funktionszulage, 25% Urlaubs- und 50% Weihnachtsgeld, 29 Urlaubstage/ Jahr, vielfältige Sozialleistungen, Weiterbildungsangebote und eine strukturierte Einarbeitung.
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/ zum Alten- oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in und idealerweise über die Weiterbildung zur Leitung eines Wohnbereichs. Alternativ verfügen Sie über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in der stationären Altenpflege.
  • Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
  • Personelle und pflegerische Steuerung des Wohnbereichs, enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Pflegedienstleitung, Mitwirkung an qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen, Durchführen ärztlicher Verordnungen, Zusammenarbeit mit den behandelnden Ärzten, Erstellung der SIS und Pflegedokumentationen, Durchführen von Pflegen, Ansprechpartner für Bewohner und deren Angehörige und Dokumentationsaufgaben.
