## IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre für unsere Bewohner schaffen
  • Pflege- und Betreuungsprozesse mitgestalten und umsetzen
  • mitarbeiterorientierte Dienstpläne erstellen

  • die Kommunikation und Kooperation mit Ärzten, Angehörigen, externen Kunden sowie Dienstleistern pflegen

## IHR PROFIL:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpflege mit Berufserfahrung
  • eine Weiterbildung zur Wohnbereichs- bzw. Stationsleitung und idealerweise Leitungserfahrung in dieser Funktion
  • Herzlichkeit, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
  • strukturiertes Arbeiten, Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
