  • gestalten Sie eine Organisationsstruktur, die unserer Unternehmensphilosophie entspricht und mit der sich Ihr Team identifizieren kann
  • übernehmen Sie Aufgaben im Bereich Personalführung sowie Personalentwicklung der Mitarbeiter Ihres Wohnbereichs

### Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Pflegefachmann/-frau oder Altenpfleger/-in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/-in oder Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger/-in
  • eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Leitung einer Station bzw. die Bereitschaft zu dieser Weiterbildung
  • ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • zwischenmenschliches Feingefühl und Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Mitarbeitern
  • Engagement für die Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit pflegebedürftigen Senior/-innen und Interesse an ihrer Biografie
  • Teamfähigkeit und legen Wert auf einen respektvollen Umgang miteinander
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit, Orgamisationskompetenz
