Das erwartet Sie – Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation, Planung und Koordination des Wohnbereichs
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Pflege- und Betreuungsalltag
  • Führung, Motivation und fachliche Anleitung des Pflegeteams
  • Sicherung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität gemäß aktuellen Standards
  • Unterstützung unserer Bewohner*innen in ausgewählten Kompetenzbereichen (Alltags- und lebenspraktische Begleitung, Kompetenzförderung in emotionalen, motorischen, kommunikativen und körperlichen Bereichen, Unterstützung bei Selbstkompetenzen)
  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege, Krisenintervention
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern

Das bringen Sie mit – Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/-mann, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in oder Altenpfleger*in
  • Zusatzqualifikation als verantwortliche Pflegefachkraft oder Erfahrung in leitender Position im Pflegebereich wünschenswert
  • Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Empathie, Geduld und Akzeptanz gegenüber unseren Bewohner*innen
  • Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Konzepten und der Umsetzung neuer Impulse
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft zur engen Kooperation im interdisziplinären Team
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger EDV (Pflegedokumentation, Microsoft Office)
