  • Koordination, Leitung und Lenkung der Ablaufprozesse des Wohnbereiches
  • Erstellung von ausgewogenen und tragfähigen Dienstplänen
  • Personaleinsatzplanung sowie Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses, Sicherstellung und Förderung
  • Umsetzung des Pflegekonzepts, der Qualitätsprozesse und Pflegestandards
  • Organisation und Führung von Teambesprechungen und Mitarbeitergesprächen
  • Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. staatlich anerkannte:r Altenpfleger:in oder Krankenpfleger:in/Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Kinderkrankenpfleger:in, Pflegefachkraft) oder Studium (Pflegewissenschaften/Management) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (bundeslandabhängig) mit mindestens einjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Idealerweise Nachweis über die Weiterbildung zur Wohnbereichs- bzw. Stationsleitung oder Leitungserfahrung in der Funktion als Wohnbereichsleitung
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und motivierter Umgang mit EDV-gestützter Pflegedokumentation
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Spaß an professioneller Pflege
  • Freude an offener Kommunikation und Übernahme von Verantwortung
  • Motivierende und unterstützende Teamführung
  • Du setzt Mitarbeiter:innen nach ihren Stärken ein und förderst diese gezielt
  • Deine Ideen sind gefragt, damit wir noch besser werden
