  • Weiterbildung zur Wohnbereichsleitung wünschenswert
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und gegenseitige Wertschätzung im Umgang mit Ordensschwestern
  • Identifikation mit den Zielen eines christlich geprägten Hauses
  • Freude an pflegerischer Arbeit und an der Weiterentwicklung eines Teams
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Loyalität sowie Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft
  • Organisiertes und Lösungsorientiertes Handeln
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
  • Durchführung der individuellen Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Führung, Strukturierung und Motivation des Teams
  • Erstellung der Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung
  • Kontrolle und Begleitung der Pflegedokumentation
  • Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität
