  • Leitung und Koordination des Wohnbereichs
  • Führung, fachliche Anleitung, Einarbeitung und Förderung der Mitarbeiter im Wohnbereich
  • Umsetzung des Pflegekonzepts, der Qualitätsprozesse und Pflegestandards
  • Fachgerechte körperbezogene Pflegemaßnahmen und Behandlungspflege
  • Digitale Pflegedokumentation und Auswertung der Pflegplanung
  • Digitale Erstellung der Dienstplanung
  • Kooperation mit Haus- und Fachärzten und Apotheken
  • Anforderungen an Sie:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft sowie erste Erfahrung in der Führung, z.B. Wohnbereichsleitung o.ä.
  • Praktische Berufserfahrung in der stationären Pflege
  • Leistungsorientiertes und kooperatives Arbeitsverhalten mit unterschiedlichen Berufsgruppen
  • Interesse an beruflicher Weiterentwicklung durch interne und externe Fortbildungen
