  • Das Seniorenzentrum Hirschkamp ist eine vollstationäre Pflegeeinrichtung mit 48 Plätzen.
  • Bei der Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner/innen stehen – neben den medizinischen Erfordernissen – die individuellen Bedürfnisse sowie das Eingehen auf die Lebensläufe der Bewohner/innen im Mittelpunkt unseres Tuns. Bei uns sollen die Bewohner/innen eine Heimat finden und sich wohlfühlen.

Bei uns steht der Mensch im Mittelpunkt. Das gilt auch für unsere Mitarbeiter.

Für unser Team suchen wir:

Wohnbereichsleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

Sie bieten:

  • Abschluss einer dreijährigen Ausbildung in der Alten-/Kranken- oder Gesundheitspflege

  • Führungsverantwortung und Engagement
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Pflegesoftware
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Einfühlungsvermögen
