  • Deine neuen Aufgaben:
  • Leitung und Koordination des Wohnbereichs
  • Umsetzung des Pflegekonzepts
  • Sicherung und Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse und der Pflegeplanung
  • enge Kooperation mit Ärzten und Behörden
  • Durchführung qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen
  • fachliche Anleitung, Einarbeitung und Förderung der Mitarbeiter
  • \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_
  • Das bringst Du mit:
  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Alten- bzw. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
  • Zusatzqualifikation zur Wohnbereichsleitung (w/m/d)
  • Berufs- und Leitungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Kommunikationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_
