  • Ihre Aufgaben im Pflegeheim
  • Sicherung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Betreuung der Bewohner nach anerkannten pflegewissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen
  • Planung und Koordinierung der Arbeitsprozesse sowie Qualitätssicherung
  • Sicherung des bedarfsgerechten Personaleinsatzes
  • Ihr Profil als Wohnbereichsleiter (m/w/d)
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum examinierten Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • Weiterbildung zur Wohnbereichsleitung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Altenpflege
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Geboten wird Ihnen
  • Freiräume für Ihre eigenen Ideen und Vorstellungen
  • Einen hohen Gestaltungsspielraum bei der Teamentwicklung
