### Wir suchen für unsere Bewohner und Mitarbeiter eine herzliche und wertschätzende  Wohnbereichsleitung und stellvertretende Wohnbereichsleitung (m/w/d) die gemeinsam mit uns Qualität gestalten

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Leitung und Führung der Mitarbeiter des Verantwortungsbereiches
  • Dienstplangestaltung und -ausarbeitung
  • Einstufung von Bewohnern und Kontrolle der Pflegepläne
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Verbesserung von Prozessen
  • Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Qualitätsbesprechungen
  • Rege Kommunikation und Kontaktpflege zu Bewohnern, Angehörigen, Mitarbeitern und Ärzten
  • Motivation und Vorbildfunktion für junge Mitarbeiter und Auszubildende

IHR PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Alten- bzw. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
  • Weiterbildung zur Wohnbereichsleitung
  • Berufserfahrung in einer Leitungsfunktion im Pflegebereich
  • Ansprechendes äußeres Erscheinungsbild und sicheres Auftreten
  • Leistungskompetenz, Qualitätsbewusstsein, Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Einfühlungsvermögen mit der richtigen Balance zwischen Distanz und Nähe.
  • Freundliches Auftreten, empathisches Handeln und ein großes Herz
  • Teamfähigkeit, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Servicegedanken
