Unser in diesem Jahr umfassend modernisiertes Altenzentrum St. Elisabeth in Schlebusch bietet in stationärer Wohnform 108 älteren Menschen eine Heimat. Ihnen ein möglichst erfüllendes Leben und einen gemeinsam gestalteten Alltag zu bieten, steht für uns im Mittelpunkt.

Für diese Einrichtung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Wohnbereichsleitung (w/m/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeit (mind. 30 Stunden/Woche) - unbefristet.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Organisation und Tourenplanung innerhalb der Einrichtung

Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und der -prozesse

Überprüfung der Einhaltung der Expertenstandards

Vorbereitung und Begleitung der externen Prüfungen

Zusammenarbeit mit der Pflegedienstleitung und Vertretung derer in Abwesenheit

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Pflegefachausbildung, gerne mit Weiterbildung zur Wohnbereichsleitung, o. ä.

Sichere Anwendung des Strukturmodells auf der Grundlage der neuesten pflegefachlichen Standards

Gutes und effizientes Organisationsgeschick
