Im Direktauftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir eine Wohnbereichsleitung – WBL - (m/w/d) für eine renommierte Seniorenresidenz in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung eines Wohnbereichs
  • Personalführung und Unterstützung der PDL
  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege, Medikamentenverabreichung
  • Einhaltung der hohen Qualitätsstandards
  • Dokumentation
  • Unterstützung und Motivation der Bewohner und Angehörigen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Krankenschwester oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Führungserfahrungen
  • Organisationsgeschick und Flexibilität
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Empathie
  • Positive Einstellung
