  • Helfer:in im Wohngruppendienst (m/w/d)
  • in Teilzeit (bis zu 30 Wochenstunden) im Schichtsystem
  • (Früh- und Spätschicht sowie Wochenenddienste).
  • Deine Aufgabe mit Herz und Verstand:
  • Du begleitest unsere Bewohner:innen mit Beeinträchtigungen liebevoll im Alltag
  • Unterstützt sie bei pflegerischen Tätigkeiten – mit Empathie und Respekt
  • Freust Dich über ihre kleinen und großen Fortschritte und hältst sie fest
  • Gestaltest aktiv an Hilfsplänen mit und bringst eigene Ideen ein
  • Hilfst mit, unser bestehendes Konzept weiterzuentwickeln – gemeinsam im Team
  • Das erwartet Dich bei uns:
