Wir suchen eine/n handwerklich begabte/n, zuverlässige/n und freundliche/n Hausmeister/in für unseren neuen WOMO-Bahnhof in Friedrichroda.

Die Tätigkeit umfasst alle anfallenden Pflege- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten in allen unseren Gebäuden und Außenanlagen.

Weiterhin sind Vor- und Nachbereitungsarbeiten sowie die Mitbetreuung während Veranstaltungen in unserer Eventlocation Bestandteil der Stellenausschreibung.

Ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, freundlicher Umgang mit Gästen und eine Identifizierung mit dem touristischen Zielen des Unternehmens werden vorausgesetzt.

Führerschein für PKW und technisches Verständnis sollten ebenfalls vorhanden sein.

Der Einsatz kann auf Vollzeit- oder Teilzeitbasis erfolgen und kann individuell mit dem Arbeitgeber abgesprochen werden.
