Job Description:

About the Role:

We are looking for a Workday Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to join our Human Resources and Technology team. This person will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday modules, collaborating closely with internal and external teams to ensure an efficient user experience aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Administer and support Workday (HCM) modules.
• •Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Workday.
• •Participate in system implementation, enhancement, and update projects.
• •Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom configurations.
• •Train key users and provide second-level support.
• •Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure data and process integrity.
• •Drive the adoption of Workday’s Artificial Intelligence solutions to optimize HR processes and improve the employee experience

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• •At least 2 years of experience working with Workday.
• •Functional knowledge of at least one of Workday’s main modules.
• •Experience in data analysis, report generation, and incident resolution.
• •Experience in data migration.
• •Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• •C1 level of English

The following will be considered:

Official Workday certifications.

Experience with integrations with other platforms (SAP, Azure, etc.).

Experience with Extend

Experience with artificial intelligence solutions for personal productivity as well as HR-focused solutions.
