About the Role

Cloudflare is hiring a Workday Analyst, People Operations to support Workday production needs for People teams. This role will handle tier 1 and tier 2 business-as-usual (BAU) tickets, routine Workday updates, EIBs, and HR reporting. You will be a key connection point between HR stakeholders and the HRIS team, helping resolve day-today Workday issues while escalating complex configuration, process, and security questions through the right review paths. This role is a good fit for someone with hands-on Workday experience who wants to grow deeper in Workday reporting, business processes, security, and functional HCM support while helping HR Operations build stronger inteam Workday capability

What You'll Do (Required)

Triage and resolve BAU Workday tickets; escalate complex issues to HRIS with clear documentation

Reassign tasks, rescind and cancel transactions, and correct routine transactional errors

Create BP notifications and make small BP adjustments under HRIS governance

Create, test, and run EIBs for approved HR operational needs Build and maintain HR reports; make minor field additions and route larger reporting work to HRIS

Apply Workday security awareness when supporting reports, business processes, EIBs, and data changes

Build audit reports that flag missing employee data, compensation anomalies, and potential access or dataquality issues

Partner with the HR Data Governance partner on data standards, field classification, audit findings, and appropriate data use

Use Workday security, reporting, and process knowledge to strengthen HR Operations team capability and reduce dependency on senior HRIS resources for routine requests

Document process corrections, including when and how to resend transactions Support training for international People Ops teams on standard Workday processes and ticket submission

Experience Required:

2–4 years of hands-on Workday experience in reporting, production support, business processes, security, and functional HCM support

Working knowledge of Workday security concepts, including domain security, security groups, and how security affects report fields and data visibility

Experience creating and updating Workday reports Strong troubleshooting skills and clear written communication

Ability to explain Workday issues and process requirements to HR stakeholders in a practical, easy-tounderstand way Interest in building deeper

Workday expertise across HCM, payroll, time tracking, absence, compensation, and benefits

Preferred Experience:

EIB experience

Business process configuration experience, including notifications and approvals

Experience building audit and data-quality reports

Experience partnering with data governance and compliance teams on standards, access reviews, and audit findings Experience supporting international HR teams

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
