As a Workday Finance Senior Associate you will provide consulting services across Workday applications, analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and support training that helps clients improve operational efficiency and use Workday tools effectively within our Workday practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and help guide junior team members while developing your technical skills and business context. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to client engagements focused on finance technology, bring a broad view of Workday capabilities, and help shape deliverables that support client objectives and day-to-day business needs.

Responsibilities

• - Delivering Workday Finance consulting workstreams across client engagements, translating finance process needs into practical application solutions
• - Analyzing client requirements, current-state processes, and control impacts to inform configuration and implementation decisions
• - Configuring and testing Workday Finance functionality, including reporting, integrations, and data conversion activities
• - Preparing functional design materials, process documentation, and training content to support adoption and day-to-day use
• - Interpreting complex issues and proposing solutions that align with project scope, timelines, and business objectives
• - Collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to gather input, clarify requirements, and advance deliverables
• - Reviewing assigned tasks from junior team members and providing feedback to support accuracy and consistency
• - Monitoring workstream progress, identifying risks and dependencies, and escalating issues when needed
• - Using analytical thinking to convert data and process findings into clear recommendations
• - Building client relationships through responsive communication and a clear understanding of finance operations and technology needs

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 3 years of experience of Workday product experience
• - Current pursuit of or an a Workday Pro certification
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• - Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
• - Demonstrating Workday Finance implementation experience in client service settings
• - Navigating complex finance processes and reporting requirements
• - Interpreting data to shape recommendations and deliverables
• - Building client relationships while managing assigned workstreams
• - Mentoring junior team members and reviewing assigned tasks
