• •5 years of relevant Workday security administration experience
• •Configure and maintain Workday security groups domains and business process security policies
• •Design and implement role based security models aligned with business requirements
• •Manage user provisioning deprovisioning and role assignments
• •Troubleshoot and resolve security related issues and access requests
• •Perform periodic security audits and access reviews
• •Partner with HR Payroll Finance IT Compliance and Internal Audit teams
• •Translate business requirements into secure Workday solutions
• •Provide guidance on Workday security best practices
• •Strong understanding of system release management
• •Able to define own the overall Security Strategy define the governance to maintain security across the Workday platform over time
• •Expert in setting up new tenant and doing security updates in bulk

• •Workday Pro Security Certification or equivalent certification necessary to have
• •Implementers role access in Workday
• •Workday HCM Certification preferred for security administrators supporting Core HCM
• •Completion of Workday Security Fundamentals training
