As a Workday Technical Senior Associate you will support client service workstreams within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, focusing on Workday HCM technology, configuration, troubleshooting, and delivery activities that help clients advance their workforce technology environment. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members, and use critical thinking to navigate ambiguity while maintaining professional and technical standards. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Bangalore, you will contribute to implementation and support activities, interpret business needs, collaborate across teams, and develop your technical skills in a setting that values learning, accountability, and steady career growth.

Responsibilities

• - Delivering Workday technical workstreams across client engagements, translating business needs into configured solutions and supporting ongoing platform enhancements
• - Building and maintaining Workday integrations, reporting, and analytics using tools such as Workday Studio, Workday Extend, Workday Prism Analytics, and Workday Reporting and Analytics
• - Analyzing complex requirements and system behavior to identify configuration gaps, integration issues, and opportunities for process improvement
• - Supporting Workday HCM transformation efforts by implementing functional and technical changes that align with workforce technology objectives
• - Developing and maintaining technical design documents, test plans, and deployment materials for Workday solutions
• - Troubleshooting data flows, interface failures, and system defects while coordinating resolution activities across delivery teams
• - Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing guidance on technical approach, documentation, and issue resolution
• - Applying digital tooling and AI-enabled methods to improve development efficiency, automation, and delivery of Workday solutions

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 4 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• - At least one Workday certification aligned to technical architecture and integrations
• - Specializing in Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, or Security
• - Demonstrating client-facing delivery across Workday HCM technology engagements
• - Interpreting complex requirements into scalable integration and architecture designs
• - Applying Workday reporting, analytics, and Prism capabilities
• - Guiding junior team members through technical problem solving
