Summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Workers Compensation team in our Naples office. The Workers Compensation Associate Attorney will support fellow Attorneys with a heavy and complex case-load of Workers Compensation casesl, and will benefit from working at the firm with the largest marketing budget in this space. You will learn how M&M handles Workers Compensation cases and how we maximize the best result for the claimants. Our lawyers work the best cases, with close to unlimited resources, and alongside world-class trial Attorneys.

Responsibilities

Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum

Guide claimants through the case process

Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits

Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and appearances.

Qualifications

Law degree from a fully accredited law school

An active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association. Multiple State Bar Licenses preferred.

Minimum 1+ years of workers compensation experience

Ability to manage high volume of cases through full life cycle

Excellent client service and communication skills

Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
