Working Student - Business Management

For our Business Management Operations team, we are looking for a Working Student. In this role you will be involved in the transition into the new Business Management organizational structure within Operations.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• •Independently develop process documentation in collaboration with operational departments, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
• •Support international projects, programs, and innovation initiatives, including coordination functions within operational departments.
• •Continuously improve and automate KPI reporting for the management board.
• •Prepare ad-hoc decision-making documents for the Head of Operations.
• •Coordinate governance and control processes.

Your skills and experience:

• •You are an enrolled student of economics, business law, or a comparable degree program.
• •Confident demeanour and good communication skills.
• •High level of teamwork, commitment, and independence.
• •Very good English and German language skills.
