Dyna Robotics builds general-purpose robots powered by a proprietary embodied AI foundation model with top-in-industry generalization and real-world performance. Already deployed with customers across multiple industries, our robots do commercial-grade work in the physical world. Our team comes from Google DeepMind, Meta, and Cruise, and we're backed by CRV, First Round, and other leading investors.

As a Workplace Coordinator at Dyna Robotics, you’ll keep our offices running smoothly and make sure every employee has a great workplace experience. You’ll own day-to-day operations, procurement and inventory, office moves, and company events. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and at home in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, and you’re resourceful enough to make decisions on your own. As we grow, you’ll help shape the processes and systems that let our workplace and inventory operations scale.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Redwood City.

What You’ll Do

Workplace Operations: Manage daily office operations, including mail, kitchen and snacks, supplies, and maintenance requests, and serve as the go-to resource for workplace needs. Keep conference rooms and shared spaces clean, stocked, and ready.

Guests, Travel & Onboarding: Oversee visitor management, including pre-registration NDAs, guest check-in, and badge systems. Coordinate flights, hotels, and workspace setup for teammates visiting from other offices, and partner with IT and People Ops so new hires have workstations ready on day one.

Procurement & Budgets: Source vendors, negotiate pricing, and manage budgets for facilities, supplies, catering, and events.

Inventory & Receiving: Receive, ship, and track packages, and receive, inspect, and store incoming parts. Support the Inventory Associate with cycle counts and stockroom organization, keeping quantities accurate and parts kitted for builds, repairs, and R&D.

Office Moves: Plan and run office moves with movers, contractors, and IT/network vendors.

Events & Offsites: Plan and support company events, offsites, and team meals, including catering and A/V.

Workplace Safety: Help build and maintain our safety program, including emergency plans, first aid supplies, and training and drills.

What You’ll Bring

The Experience: 2–3 years in workplace, facilities, or office operations, preferably at a startup.

Ownership: You move fast and work independently, juggling multiple requests and shifting priorities without needing direction.

Process Improvement: You speak up with ideas to improve our workplace, procurement, and inventory processes, and you fix recurring issues (like supply shortages or room booking conflicts) at the root rather than relying on quick fixes.

Low Ego: You’re willing to take on any task, from room setup to receiving robot shipments.

Technical Comfort: You’re tech-savvy and comfortable with workstation setup, A/V troubleshooting, and working around robot hardware.

Flexibility: You’re willing to work after hours and weekends for events, office moves, and urgent needs.

At Dyna Robotics , we build technology for the real world, which requires a team as diverse as the environments our robots inhabit. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to technical rigor and mutual respect.

Don’t let a checklist stop you. Data shows that underrepresented groups often only apply if they meet 100% of the criteria. We value problem-solving and grit over keyword matching. If you’re passionate about robotics, no matter your discipline, we want to hear from you, even if you don't check every box.
