Crown Resorts is in the midst of exciting transformation, and we’re looking for a Workplace Relations Business Analyst to help us embed smarter and better ways of working. You'll play a key role in translating Workplace Relations obligations, enterprise agreements, awards and business requirements into innovative workforce and payroll solutions that support thousands of team members across our Sydney, Melbourne & Perth properties.

This opportunity sits at the intersection of Workplace Relations, Technology, Payroll and Workforce Planning - turning complex industrial requirements into practical, scalable system solutions that drive compliance, efficiency and exceptional employee experiences, whilst ensuring Crown’s systems accurately reflect industrial obligations.

From translating legislation into system logic, to testing, validating and implementing new workforce solutions, your expertise will directly influence how work gets done across the organisation.

This role can be based in Melbourne or Perth.

You’ll be:

  • Leading the implementation of Enterprise Agreement and Award changes across workforce and payroll systems
  • Translating workplace relations obligations into system-ready pay rules and business requirements.
  • Partnering with Payroll, Technology, Workforce Planning and external vendors to deliver seamless solutions
  • Developing process maps, functional specifications and implementation documentation
  • Coordinating testing, validation and user acceptance activities to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Identifying opportunities to automate, simplify and improve workforce processes
  • Supporting major system enhancements, upgrades and transformation initiatives
  • Maintaining governance, change controls and documentation to support compliance and audit readiness

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in Workforce Planning or Systems, Payroll or a Business Analyst in a similar role
  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or transformation projects
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication capabilities
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong compliance focus
  • Experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, Technology, Workplace Relations or Workforce Planning functions

On offer to you:

Opportunity to help shape the future of Workplace Relations at Crown Resorts

Complimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurant + discounts at various F&B venues on property

Generous accommodation discounts across Crown Resorts in Sydney, Melbourne & Perth

Take part and be rewarded in Crown’s group-wide recognition and awards program

Opportunity to contribute to Crown’s community, diversity & inclusion committees

Access to discounts across health & wellbeing, novated leasing options & more

If you’re someone who loves connecting the dots between business requirements, systems and people and can turn detail-heavy legislation, awards and agreements into practical outcomes – we’d love to hear from you!
