This residency is designed to provide both hands-on ministry experience and theological education , preparing you for long-term leadership in worship ministry—whether in a church plant or a full-time church role. As part of this residency, you will be enrolled in seminary classes through an accredited program, either at the undergraduate or graduate level , depending on your academic background. Our goal is to help you grow not only in skill and leadership but also in biblical and theological depth.

You might be a great fit if:

You’re excited about learning and trying new things.

You value both creativity and spiritual formation.

You have some musical or worship-leading experience and want to grow in it.

You’re ready to invest two years in preparation for a life of ministry through both classroom learning and real-world experience.

ABOUT OUR WORSHIP MINISTRY

We have a seasoned worship and production staff and a gifted, growing volunteer team. Our culture is built on clarity, consistency, and compelling leadership. We strive to create worship environments that are God-honoring, Spirit-led, and thoughtfully crafted.
