  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung, Zusatzqualifikation Wundexperte ICW oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Netzwerkarbeit
  • strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Improvisationstalent
  • Freude an der modernen, Leitlinien gerechten Wundversorgung
  • Freude am persönlichen Kontakt mit Patienten
  • Du bist eine offene, teamfähige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • AUFGABENGEBIET:
  • Wundanamnese-, -beurteilung, -versorgung, -dokumentation
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Standards
  • Netzwerkpflege und -ausbau
  • Koordinierung der Wundversorgung innerhalb des interdisziplinären Teams
