### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gewinnung sowie Betreuung und Begleitung von Patient:innen mit chronischen Wunden
  • Durchführung einer modernen, evidenzbasierten Wundversorgung nach aktuellen medizinischen Standards
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines interdisziplinären Netzwerks zu Ärzt:innen, Pflegeeinrichtungen und Pflegediensten
  • Beratung und Anleitung von Patient:innen, Angehörigen sowie medizinischem Fachpersonal
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Versorgungsprozesse mit digitaler Unterstützung
  • Mitwirkung an Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen und fachlicher Weiterentwicklung

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Berufsausbildung im humanmedizinischen Bereich (z. B. Altenpfleger:in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Medizinische:r Fachangestellte:r)
  • Fundierte theoretische und praktische Erfahrung in der Wundversorgung und im Außendienst
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B (alt Klasse 3)
  • Technikaffinität im Umgang mit Laptop, Smartphone & Co.
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und empathische Arbeitsweise
