Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n Wundmanager (m/w/d) in der ambulanten Pflege, die mit Empathie und Verantwortung die Pflege und Betreuung unserer Klienten unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

### Ihre Aufgaben

Durchführung von medizinischen Behandlungspflegen nach ärztlicher Verordnung
Fachgerechte Versorgung chronischer und akuter Wunden
Dokumentation des Wundverlaufs und Unterstützung des Wundmanagements
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung individueller Pflege- und Behandlungspläne
Kommunikation mit Ärzten, Kliniken, Angehörigen und weiteren Kooperationspartnern
Durchführung von Vitalzeichenkontrollen und weiteren diagnostischen Maßnahmen
Organisation und Koordination von Terminen sowie administrative Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil:

Hohe Empathie und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
Teamfähigkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und fachlichen Entwicklung
Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
Führerschein der Klasse B
