Responsibilities:

  • Identify private label product opportunities based on customer needs, market gaps, vehicle applications, and sales potential.
  • Source and communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain pricing, samples, specifications, lead times, and other required information.
  • Maintain strong follow-through with suppliers and internal teams to keep projects moving toward completion.
  • Install and validate basic products, including confirming fitment, function, and overall suitability.
  • Coordinate with Z1’s Performance Center and other technical resources for products requiring more complex installation or validation.
  • Work with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Marketing, E-commerce, and other teams as needed to commercialize products.
  • Maintain accurate project information and clearly communicate project status, open issues, and next steps.
  • Own assigned products from initial idea through successful commercialization.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
  • Proven work ethic, persistence, and ability to drive projects to completion.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic automotive product installations and evaluations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Skilled in PC usage and Microsoft Office.
  • No formal education requirement; relevant experience, demonstrated capability, and work ethic are more important.
