Im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung suchen wir für ein namhaftes Industrieunternehmen am Standort Nettgau ( ab sofort ) einen engagierten Sachbearbeiter Holzeinkauf (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

### Deine Aufgaben – Datenpflege, Wareneingang & Reporting:

  • Stammdatenverwaltung: Pflege, Prüfung und Aktualisierung von Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem (Anlage, Verwaltung und Anpassung).
  • Wareneingang & Belege: Kontrolle von Lieferscheinen sowie Durchführung und Überwachung der Wareneingangsbuchungen.
  • Abrechnung: Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Gutschriften.
  • Auswertung: Erstellung, Auswertung und Aufbereitung von Reports, Kennzahlen, Statistiken und Berichten.
  • Arbeitszeiten: Geregelte Normalschicht (Montag bis Freitag von 08:00 bis 16:00 Uhr, keine Montagetätigkeit)!

### Dein Profil – Kaufmännisch & Kommunikationsstark:

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar).
  • Erfahrung: Praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Einkauf, Vertrieb oder Logistik ist erforderlich.
  • Persönlichkeit: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres und serviceorientiertes Auftreten.
  • Arbeitsweise: Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zahlenaffine Arbeitsweise.
