Deine Aufgaben:

Du kontierst und buchst alle Geschäftsvorfälle im Bereich Debitoren/Kreditoren
Du führst und pflegst unsere OP-Listen einschließlich Mahnwesen
Du buchst unsere Sachkonten und stimmst diese ab
Du wickelst unseren Zahlungsverkehr ab
Du erstellst monatlich Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
Du betreust mehrere Einzelfirmen innerhalb unserer Firmengruppe
Du wirkst mit an der Erstellung von Teil- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
Du wirkst mit bei der Erstellung und Auswertung von Statistiken
Du unterstützt uns bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung und Digitalisierung unserer bestehenden Prozesse
Du unterstützt uns mit deiner Expertise bei der Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung und bei der Implementierung neuer Softwarelösungen

Dein Profil:

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne mit Schwerpunkt im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder über ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
In den oben genannten Aufgabenbereichen konntest du bereits Berufserfahrung sammeln
Du verfügst über einen versierten Umgang mit MS Office und einer gängigen Buchhaltungssoftware
Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und hast Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen
Deine Englischkenntnisse sind gut in Wort und Schrift
Du arbeitest sorgfältig, verantwortungsbewusst und bringst Freude an der Optimierung von Prozessen mit
Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich im Team
