  • Gästebetreuung
  • Einschulung neuer Servicemitarbeiter
  • Ständige Überprüfung der Einhaltung der Servicestandards
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste (für deren Lob und Beschwerden)
  • Organisation des Ablaufs im Restaurant und bei Veranstaltungen
  • Unterstützung im Service bei Bedarf

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie sind Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft vor allem auch für unsere kleinen Gäste
  • Freundlich, zuvorkommend und offen
  • Organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Hands-on Mentalität und körperliche Belastbarkeit sowie Stressresistenz
  • Sie scheuen sich nicht, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen und sind gleichzeitig ein Teamplayer
  • Sinn für Dringlichkeit und Sauberkeit
  • Deutsch und englisch in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
  • Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office)
  • TiPOS-Anwenderkenntnisse von Vorteil
