Arbeitszeit/Stunden: Frühdienst ab 8 Uhr , Spätdienst ab 13:30 Uhr 32 Wochenstunden Teilzeit mit 10-Stunden-Dienste mit 4-Tage-Woche möglich, Früh- oder Spätdienste mit 5-6 Stunden möglich

Öffnungszeiten: Täglich 11:00-22:00 Uhr

Kompetenzen

  • Gäste höflich empfangen und zu ihren Plätzen begleiten
  • Speisen und Getränke erklären bzw. Empfehlungen geben
  • Bestellungen aufnehmen (oft mit Kassensystem oder Notizblock)
  • Servieren
  • Getränke und Speisen fachgerecht servieren
  • Auf besondere Wünsche der Gäste achten
  • Abrechnung
  • Rechnung erstellen
  • Kassieren (Bar, Karte, andere Zahlungsmethoden)
  • Wechselgeld korrekt herausgeben
  • Nachbereitung
  • Tische abräumen und reinigen
  • Neues Eindecken für die nächsten Gäste
  • Ordnung im Servicebereich halten
