  • Wir sind eine moderne Zahnarztpraxis in Hochheim mit den Behandlungsschwerpunkten Oralchirurgie, Implantologie, Prophylaxe, Ästhetische Zahnheilkunde und einem engagierten Team von Kolleginnen und Kollegen. Bei uns steht eine warme, wertschätzende Atmosphäre für Patienten und Mitarbeiter an erster Stelle.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herzlicher Empfang und professionelle Betreuung unserer Patienten vor Ort
  • Telefonische Terminvergabe, Termin- und Kalenderkoordination
  • Patientenaufnahme und Pflege der Stammdaten
  • Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen / Kostenträgern
  • Allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben
  • Koordination Laboraufträge

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte (ZFA) oder kaufmännische/medizinische Ausbildung mit Praxiserfahrung
  • Freudesprechende, freundliche Art und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Praxissoftware, idealerweise Charly
