Wir suchen eine engagierte Mitarbeiterin (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Praxisteams in Teilzeit.

In dieser Position sind Sie die zentrale Ansprechpartnerin für Patient:innen und unterstützen die zahnärztliche Behandlung sowie administrative Abläufe. Sie tragen dazu bei, dass sich Patient:innen wohlfühlen und unsere Praxis einen reibungslosen Ablauf gewährleistet.

Aufgaben:

-Empfang und Betreuung der Patient:innen vor, während und nach der Behandlung

-Assistenz bei zahnärztlichen Behandlungen und Eingriffen

-Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung der Behandlungsräume sowie Instrumente

-Organisation und Pflege der Patientenakten sowie medizinischer Unterlagen

-Durchführung administrativer Tätigkeiten, wie Abrechnung und Verwaltung der Praxissoftware

-Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung hygienischer Standards und Sicherheitsvorschriften

-Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen und anderen Leistungsträgern

Qualifikationen:

-sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsstärke

-freundliches Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

-abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) erwünscht, nicht Bedingung

-fundierte Kenntnisse in medizinischer Terminologie sowie in der Handhabung von medizinischen Unterlagen und Aufzeichnungen erwünscht, nicht Bedingung

-Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem PC und Verwaltungsprozessen
