Herzlich willkommen bei der Zahnarztpraxis Dr. Stefan Polgart!

Unsere Praxis besteht seit den 1970er Jahren und wurde im Jahr 2020 von unserem aktuellen Praxisinhaber übernommen. Seitdem hat sich unsere Arbeitsweise modernisiert und wir arbeiten in einer vollständig digitalisierten, modernen Umgebung. Unser Behandlungsspektrum umfasst alle Bereiche der Zahnheilkunde, einschließlich chirurgischer Eingriffe.

Viele von uns sind schon seit Jahren Teil des Teams, wodurch wir gut aufeinander eingespielt sind und eine familiäre Arbeitsatmosphäre pflegen.

Einarbeitung

Wir entwickeln ein Einarbeitungskonzept, das je nach Arbeitsbereich angepasst wird. Für die Assistenz des Chefs/der Chefin und die Angestellten am PZR/Empfang berücksichtigen wir spezifische Bedürfnisse. Deine feste Ansprechpartnerin ist Carina Bertelsbeck am Empfang. Die Dauer der Einarbeitung gestalten wir individuell, um sicherzustellen, dass jede:r optimal in die neuen Aufgaben hineinwachsen kann.

Gemeinsam arbeiten wir daran, die Gesundheitsversorgung für alle zugänglich und effizient zu gestalten und freuen uns auf die Herausforderungen der Zukunft.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur zahnmedizinische/r Fachangestellte/r oder zahnmedizinische/r Prophylaxeassistent/in
  • Gute Kommunikations-, Motivations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • Freude am Beruf und am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Patient:innenorientiertes und emphatisches Arbeiten
  • Professionelles und selbstständiges Arbeiten

Zuständigkeiten

  • Prophylaxe
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten, zum Beispiel Terminvereinbarungen, Empfang von Patient:innen
  • Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team
