  • Fachliche Führung und Entwicklung des Laborteams
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung und Ressourcennutzung (Materialien, Geräte)
  • Telefonischer Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden
  • Mitarbeit am gesamten Produktzyklus vom Wareneingang über die Analyse und Reparatur bis zur Übergabe an den Kunden
  • Schulung und Weiterbildung von Mitarbeitern insbesondere unserer Lehrlinge
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Zahntechnik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Laborumfeld, idealerweise mit Leitungserfahrung
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und analytisches Denken
