## Zahntechnikermeister (m/w/d) für die Laborleitung

### Aufgaben

  • Qualitätssicherung und Kontrolle der hergestellten Arbeiten hinsichtlich Ästhetik, Funktion und Passgenauigkeit
  • Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Zahnärzt:innen und zahnmedizinischem Fachpersonal
  • Anleitung und Einarbeitung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Verantwortung für betriebliche Aus- und Weiterbildung

### Anforderungen

  • Meisterbrief im Zahntechnikerhandwerk
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in CAD/CAM, Implantatprothetik und Kombi-Technik
  • Lösungsorientierte Kommunikation und Führungskompetenz
