Für unser Dentallabor in Duisburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Zahntechnikermeister/in (w/m/d) als verantwortliche Laborleitung.

  • Aufgaben
  • Zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich zählt das gesamte Leistungsspektrum eines Dentallabors mit höchsten qualitativen Ansprüchen mit Arbeitsschwerpunkt: Kombitechnik, Modellguß, Implantate und CAD/CAM (Exocad)/Sirona inLab.

Daneben tragen Sie die Verantwortung für die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Labors sowie die Umsetzung der unternehmerischen Vorgaben des Laborinhabers.

Dokumentation unter Einsatz der entsprechenden Unterlagen und Software runden Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Zahntechniker/in (w/m/d) mit Meistertitel.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kombi-Technik, Modellguß wünschenswert, sowie CAD/CAM Erfahrung.
  • Freude an der Herstellung von Zahnersatz auf hohem Niveau
  • Teamfähigkeit und Spaß an der Technik, gewissenhafte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Lust, Arbeitsstrukturen und Prozesse aktiv mitzuentwickeln
  • eigenständige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gespür und das notwendige Know-how für funktionelle und ästhetische Ausführungen
  • Eigenmotivation und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Befähigung zur Führung eines Teams und zur Anleitung von Auszubildenden.
