  • Ihr Profil:
  • ✓ Erfolgreich abgeschlossene dreijährige Berufsausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) sowie abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Praxisanleiter (m/w/d) ✓ Berufserfahrung im akutstationären Bereich, idealerweise in der Gefäßchirurgie oder einem operativen Fachbereich✓ Ausgeprägte pädagogische und didaktische Kompetenzen in der Anleitung von Auszubildenden, Studierenden und Pflegefachkräften✓ Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit✓ Hohes Engagement für fachliche und pädagogische Weiterentwicklung sowie aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung pflegerischer Standards und Ausbildungskonzepte
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • ✓ Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation der praktischen Anleitung von Auszubildenden in der Pflege sowie neuen Kolleginnen und Kollegen✓ Sicherstellung eines strukturierten, qualitativ hochwertigen und nachhaltigen Onboardings für neue Mitarbeitende in der Gefäßchirurgie✓ Entwicklung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung innovativer Konzepte zur Praxisanleitung im gefäßchirurgischen Fachbereich✓ Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der zentralen Praxiskoordination sowie den zentralen Praxisanleiterinnen und Praxisanleitern anderer Stationen und Bereiche✓ Förderung einer aktiven Lern- und Feedbackkultur im Team sowie Begleitung von Examensprüfungen und praktischen Leistungsnachweisen
