Als Zentraler Praxisanleiter (m/w/d) in Freital gestalten Sie die Ausbildung unserer zukünftigen Pflegefachkräfte aktiv mit. Dabei steht die individuelle Begleitung der Auszubildenden ebenso im Mittelpunkt wie der fachliche Austausch mit den Praxisanleitern in den Teams.

Die Position ist in Vollzeit mit 38 Stunden pro Woche zu besetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Durchführung von praxisnahen Anleitungen für Auszubildende
Individuelle Begleitung und Förderung im Lernprozess
Fachliche Ansprechperson für Auszubildende im Alltag
Unterstützung und Austausch mit den Praxisanleitern in den Teams
Sicherstellung und Dokumentation qualitativer Anleitung
Mitwirkung an Feedback- und Beurteilungsgesprächen

Das bringen Sie mit

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
Weiterbildung zum Praxisanleiter (m/w/d)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pflege
Führerschein Klasse B
Pädagogisches Geschick und Freude an der Arbeit mit Auszubildenden
Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie
Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
