Ihre Aufgaben :

▪ Fertigung von Einzel - und Kleinserienbauteilen, Drehen von Einzelteilen

▪ Programmierung: Erstellen von Fräsprogrammen mittels Mastercam (CAD/CAM) oder ShopMiLL

▪ Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC -Fräsmaschinen (3 -Achs und 5 -Achs)

▪ Überwachung von Prozessabläufen

▪ Lesen und Verstehen von technischen Zeichnungen

▪ Überprüfung und Einhaltung von Toleranzen

▪ Verantwortungsvoller und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Prüf - und Messmitteln

▪ Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen an hergestellten Bauteilen

▪ Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten

Ihr Profil:

▪ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

▪ Gute Kenntnisse im Einrichten, Bedienen und Programmieren von CNC - Fräsmaschinen

▪ Erfahrung an der Siemens -Steuerung Sinumerik 810D/840D

▪ Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein

▪ Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Schichtarbeit und teamorientiertes Arbeiten

▪ Kenntnisse in der Programmierung mit Mastercam und ShopMill wünschenswert
