  • Als Spezialist für die Metallbearbeitung sind wir seit 1993 ein geschätzter Partner unserer Kunden. Ob Prototypen, Einzelstücke oder kleine Serien. Wir spanen und erodieren alles von 1,5 g bis 3 to Gewicht.

Auf modernen CNC-Maschinen fräsen, drehen und schleifen wir. Und wenn es sehr klein wird, stehen uns Senk- und Drahterodieranlagen zur Verfügung.

  • Was erwarten wir
  • Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten:
  • Drehbearbeitung von zylindrischen Bauteilen auf CNC-gesteuerten Drehmaschinen
  • Einzel- bzw. Prototypenfertigung und Kleinstserien
  • Selbständige Programmierung von CNC-Drehmaschinen
  • Einrichten und Rüsten der Drehmaschinen
  • Lesen und Umsetzung von Technischen Zeichnungen
  • Durchführung der Qualitätssicherung und Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Wir erwarten von Ihnen:
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker
  • gute Kenntnisse im CNC – Drehen / Heidenhain-Steuerungen und FANUC-Steuerungen
  • selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Lernbereitschaft
  • Teamfähigkeit
