Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d)

So sieht Dein Arbeitsalltag aus:

  • Bedienen, Teilrüsten und Überwachen von CNC-gesteuerten Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen (Mazak)
  • Auswahl und Voreinstellung der benötigten Werkzeuge
  • Sicherstellen von Qualität mit Hilfe geeigneter Mess- und Prüfmittel (Werkerselbstkontrolle)
  • Optimierung von CNC-Programmen und Fertigungsprozessen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC Maschinen
  • Kenntnisse mit Steuerungen Mazatrol 640 M / Siemens 840 D SL (wünschenswert)
  • Flexibilität und Interesse an der Übernahme von Tätigkeiten im Bereich Fräsen//Drehen
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3 Schichten)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute Kontakt- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohe Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
