Für ein Berliner Kundenunternehmen suchen wir Sie als Mechaniker (m/w/d) in der Herstellung von Bremssystemen für die Schienenfahrzeugindustrie.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen und Arbeitsplänen
  • Bedienen von konventionellen und CNC-Maschinen
  • Lesen und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen
  • Zusammenstellen und Vermessen von Werkzeugen
  • Messen von gefertigten Produkten nach Prüfplan
  • Dokumentation und Auswertung von Qualitätsprüfungen
  • Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Qualitätsabweichungen
  • Entgraten von Produktionsteilen
  • Rückmeldung des Produktionsfortschritts im SAP
  • Kenntnisse und Einhaltung der KPS Standards
  • Mitwirken bei Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung als in einem Metallberuf (z.B. als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in, CNC-Fachkraft/in, CNC-Dreher/Fräser/in, Einrichter/in) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • erste Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil
  • PC Kenntnisse, SAP
  • idealerweise Kenntnisse im selbständigen Einrichten von CNC-Maschinen
  • Lesen von technischen Unterlagen (Zeichnung und Arbeitsplan)
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

Arbeitszeit:

  • Montag bis Freitag von 06:00 – 14:00 Uhr, 14:00 – 22:00 Uhr, 22:00 – 06:00 Uhr
  • Die Nachtschicht beginnt Sonntags
  • 1-2x im Quartal könnte Samstagsarbeit anfallen, was aber eher selten passiert[if gte mso 9]>
