Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einstellen, Bedienen, Rüsten und Programmieren von CNC gesteuerten Maschinen: CNC-Langdreher, CNC-Bohr- und CNC-Fräs­zentren, CNC-Kurzdrehern
  • Korrigieren von Werkzeugdaten, Vermessen der gefertigten Bauteile sowie die daraus resultierende Auftragsverantwortung
  • Verwalten von Werkzeugen in der CNC Fertigung
  • Schreiben und modifizieren von CNC Programmen
  • Auftragsverwaltung, An- und Abmelden von Aufträgen sowie Einhalten von Qualitätsvorgaben

Gefertigt werden Bauteile für die Herstellung von Schrittmotoren, Betriebsmittel, und Versuchsaufbauten

Ihr Profil:

  • · Sie haben eine Ausbildung als CNC-Dreher bzw. CNC-Fräser oder als Industriemechaniker
  • · sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich CNC-Drehen oder -Fräsen
  • · sie können selbstständig und sorgfältig arbeiten und überzeugen durch ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
